Dream Team

My fiancé and I found our dream home on our first visit. The only contingency was the buyers wanted to close within 2 weeks. Josh and Jennifer reassured us this was not a problem given there connections and process efficiencies. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT and we closed in 10 DAYS! Personable!

Josh and Jennifer were very helpful and educated us on the home loan buying process. They were always available to chat when we had a question and if they didn't have the answer they pulled their resources in to collaborate. Although the buying process can be confusing, both explained step by step on what is needed and a good overview of what was expected so that we didn't become surprised. Josh and Jennifer were extremely personable (sent us client gifts to keep us at ease and hopeful) and got things done for our closing of our new home.

Can't recommend highly enough

Josh came in at the last minute when there was a problem with the lender I was working with. 9 business days before closing, and with panic settling in and getting comfortable, Josh came in and found that I qualified for a program which no other lender thought I was qualified for and would allow us to put almost no money down. I honestly didn't even know what a big deal it was until I found out how unusual it was for a lender to be able to get an applicant fast tracked for a CHFA loan in 9 days. He worked ridiculously hard for us and as a result we're able to put the money we had set aside for a down payment toward some new furniture or back in the ol' savings account. Thanks Josh!
